ENERTRAG to Erect 26 New Wind Turbines Across Germany
ENERTRAG has received approvals for 26 wind turbines across
Germany with a combined capacity of 187.2 MW in the Uckermark region. These
projects include Malchow Ost, Schenkenberg 4 and 5, and Tantow 1, marking a
significant milestone for the company. ENERTRAG, with 25+ years of expertise
and 1,000 employees, develops integrated power plants combining wind, solar,
batteries, and electrolysers, generating 2,000 GWh annually and advancing 30 GW
of global renewable energy projects.
Newly approved installations include:
- Malchow
Ost: Located in the municipality of Göritz: this project includes 12
Vestas V172 turbines, each with a capacity of 7.2 MW and a hub height of
175 meters. Initiated in 2010, it is one of ENERTRAG’s largest wind energy
projects.
- Schenkenberg
4 and 5: Situated in the municipality of Schenkenberg: this project
comprises 10 Vestas V172 turbines, each with the same specifications as
those in Malchow Ost.
- Tantow
1: Located in the municipality of Tantow: this project consists of 4
Vestas V172 turbines, each with a capacity of 7.2 MW. Initiated in 2003,
it highlights ENERTRAG’s long-term commitment to renewable energy.
