PNE AG Sells Swedish Renewable Energy Companies to Aneo
PNE AG finalized the sale of its Swedish subsidiaries in
January 2025 to Norwegian energy supplier Aneo. Key assets in the sale include PNE
Sverige AB and VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB. This transaction includes wind and
photovoltaic projects totaling over 1,000 MW in various stages of development.
PNE Group is a global clean energy solutions provider
specializing in onshore and offshore wind and photovoltaic projects, offering
end-to-end services from development to operation.
The acquired pipeline consists of 300 MW in advanced phases
of development and 700 MW in earlier stages. The sale also transfers the
companies' offices in Gothenburg and Motala, along with their employees,
ensuring project continuity under Aneo's stewardship.

‘The proceeds from this sale will fuel growth in our core markets.’
The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
